Bread Pudding Recipe

During our topic meeting on Tuesday, Stacie made a delicious bread pudding! Many of you requested the recipe so here it is:

Bread Pudding Recipe

2 cups milk
1/2 stick melted butter
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
6 cups (approx. 8 slices) torn bread

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything and pour into an ungreased casserole dish. Place casserole dish in a pan of 1 inch deep hot water. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
