Double Chocalate Mocha Trifle


With our last big picnic holiday around the corner, Labor Day, here is a dessert to be sure to make you the hit of the party! The name of it says it all! Mom's Connection leadership team sure enjoyed this dessert at our last meeting!

Double Chocalate Mocha Trifle

Ingredients
3 toffee bars, chopped (Heath)
1 package brownie mix
4 tsp. instant coffee granules
1/4 cup warm water
1 3/4 cups cold milk
2 packages (3.4 oz each) white chocolate instant pudding & pie filling
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed

Prepare brownies as directed and cool completely.

In mixing bowl, dissolve coffee granules in warm water. Add milk and pudding mix; whisk until mixture is smooth and begins to thicken. Gently fold in whipped topping.

In bowl, layer 1/3 brownie cubes into bowl. Top with 1/3 of the pudding mixture, press lightly. Sprinkle with 1/3 chopped toffee. Repeat layers two more times.
